Grinding with a fixture

Commonly used grinding clamps include precision pliers, sinusoidal magnetic tables, sinusoidal indexing jigs, universal jigs, rotating magnetic tables, and center hole splints. This method of grinding is generally carried out on a surface grinder.
In the production, in order to ensure the quality and efficiency of the grinding, the method of forming the cutting disc and the jig is generally adopted, which can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the part.
3. Conversion of forming grinding process size
Informing grinding, the operator needs to convert the design dimensions of the pattern to the process size of the forming grinding. The reason is that the dimensions of the process equipment parts are generally marked according to the design basis, and the construction standards and design basis selected for forming grinding are often inconsistent. However, due to the different processing methods of individual parts, there are different requirements for the size conversion of the forming grinding process.
